Idan is a member of the Casualty Department where he represents clients in the matters involving rideshare litigation, automobile litigation, premises and retail liability litigation, and trucking and transportation litigation.
Idan has previous Civil Defense Litigation experience in which he handled cases from inception to resolution. Idan also conducted and defended depositions, conducted mediation conferences, and prepared cases for trial. Idan also argued Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Pre-Trial Motions to the Court in multiple jurisdictions in Florida.
Idan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, before attending the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice in 2020. Thereafter, he attended St. Thomas University College of Law, graduating in 2024.
While in law school, Idan was an executive member of the St. Thomas Law Review where he reviewed the Comment legal articles of incoming members and assisted with the preparation of the 2023 Legal Journal. Idan was also member of the St. Thomas Mock Trial Team. Idan competed in three competitions as a student in which he was awarded Best Advocate at the Florida Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition in 2023 and Competition Finalist. Idan also was an executive member of the St. Thomas Mock Trial Team in 2023. Since graduating, Idan has returned to the St. Thomas Mock Trial Team to coach students and help provide them the skills to become future trial lawyers. Idan is also proficient in Hebrew and French.
Outside of work, Idan enjoys traveling and playing basketball. Idan also enjoys supporting his hometown sports teams from Atlanta, Georgia.
Idan is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
