In this role, he leads enterprise IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity, and budget management, ensuring technology investments align with the firm’s strategic priorities while supporting business growth and client service. He partners closely with firm leadership to balance innovation, risk management, and cost efficiency, delivering technology solutions that enhance the experience of attorneys, paralegals, and all business professionals without compromising security or fiscal discipline.
