Frank is responsible for Marshall Dennehey's overall financial operations. Since joining in 2015, he was elevated to the firm's first Chief Financial Officer. His influence provides numerous levels of transparency that drive culturally sound initiatives designed to empower individuals, enhance client relationships, reduce risk of loss, educate stakeholders and foster sustainability.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Frank’s career started with a CPA firm where his primary disciplines included corporate taxation and financial consultation for clients operating within the professional services industry. Frank also co-founded a technology-based practice group focused on the implementation of customized financial systems for clients seeking higher grades of digital infrastructure and procedural control.
Frank maintains his license as a Pennsylvania CPA and is a graduate of the University of Lynchburg in Virginia where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He is active in various organizations, including volunteering as a board member and acting as a trustee for local foundations.
