Aneshia Chintamani

Associate

Aneshia Chintamani is a member of the Casualty Department. She focuses her practice primarily on representing insurance carriers in litigation, personal injury protection claims and fraud/special investigations. In addition to personal injury protection litigation, Aneshia has experience defending premises liability and first-party property damage matters in Civil and Federal Court.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Aneshia served as in house counsel for a national insurance company, handling no-fault litigation matters. Her litigation and trial advocacy experience has led to favorable outcomes for her clients. She has successfully argued pre-trial motions and appeared on trial matters in Civil Court, District Court, and Arbitration forums throughout the State of New York. Aneshia’s zealous advocacy has led to dismissals, in favor of her client, on various fraudulent coverage matters.

Aneshia was also an associate at a prominent New York City Agency, appearing on administrative trial matters on behalf of the City of New York. She successfully prosecuted numerous construction violations that led to catastrophic injuries and accidents. Aneshia also conducted administrative trials against homeowner and corporations who violated the New York City Housing Maintenance Code. Aneshia was a recipient of the Commissioner’s Award for Excellence in Enforcement due to her outstanding advocacy skills.

Aneshia graduated from Brooklyn Law School and received her J.D. in 2016. While in law school, she was a clinical intern at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office handling misdemeanor cases. Aneshia earned her B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Philosophy and Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
