Diana also has experience in handling white collar crime litigation, defending clients against national and international investigations of alleged anti-trust, foreign corruption and health care fraud violations. She has also worked on a variety of pro bono matters including: defending adults charged with federal and local crimes resulting in mitigated sentences; and representing a veteran in an appeal hearing of the denial of his disability benefits, resulting in $11,000 in retroactive benefits.
