Marshall Dennehey established its Westchester County office -- the firm's third office in New York State -- in July 2014, in Rye, NY. The office is now located in Purchase, NY, in the iconic RiverView at Purchase office building designed by Emory Roth, the world class architect of the Met Life and GM Buildings in New York City. Our key Westchester County location complements and expands upon the firm's existing offerings in Manhattan and Melville, Long Island.

Marshall Dennehey's expansion in New York is precipitated by the considerable growth of Westchester and the surrounding community as a regional commercial center over the past few decades. The county serves as a vibrant cross-section of business operations for numerous companies headquartered in Manhattan and across the Northeast corridor.

Led by Harold Moroknek, Esq., shareholder and office managing attorney, the Westchester office services clients in the county and throughout the entire New York Tri-State region. FROM POINTS WEST:

Take I-287 East/Cross Westchester Expressway to Exit 10 -- Port Chester/Westchester Avenue. Follow Westchester Avenue around to the left and under the I-287 overpass. At the first light, make a right onto Webb Avenue. Travel to the end of Webb Avenue and at the light and make a left and then your first right into Riverview At Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue.

FROM POINTS EAST:

Take I-287 West/Cross Westchester Expressway to Exit 10 -- Bowman Avenue/Webb Avenue. At end of ramp, make a right onto Bowman Avenue. Riverview at Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue is the first building on the right.

 FROM POINTS SOUTH:

Take I-95/New England Thruway North to Exit 21 for Route 287/Cross Westchester Expressway West. Merge onto I-287 West. Follow to Exit 10 – Bowman Avenue/Webb Avenue. At end of ramp, make a right onto Bowman Avenue. Riverview at Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue is the first building on the right.

Take Hutchinson River Parkway North to Exit 25/Rt. 127S toward Harrison. Merge onto North Street/Rt. 127. Turn left onto Polly Park Road. Follow Polly Park over I-287. Riverview At Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue is next building on the right.

FROM POINTS NORTH:

Take I-95/New England Thruway South to Exit 21 for I-287/Cross Westchester Expressway. Merge onto I-287 West. Follow to Exit 10 – Bowman Avenue/Webb Avenue. At end of ramp, make a right onto Bowman Avenue. Riverview at Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue is the first building on the right.

Take Merritt Parkway South, which turns into Hutchinson River Parkway South (just past Greenwich, CT) to Exit 28 -- Lincoln Avenue/Rye Brook. At end of ramp, make left onto Lincoln Avenue. Take Lincoln Avenue to the end (traffic light). At the light, make a left and then a quick right (at light) into 800 Westchester Avenue Service Road. Go to the end of this road and bear right onto Bowman Avenue and make the first left into Riverview at Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue.

I-684 South to I-287 East (toward Rye). Take Exit 10 -- Port Chester/Westchester Avenue. Follow Westchester Avenue around to the left and under the I-287 overpass. At the first light, make a right onto Webb Avenue. Travel to the end of Webb Avenue and at the light and make a left and then your first right into Riverview At Purchase/287 Bowman Avenue.

Marshall Dennehey announced today that Christopher S. Devlin, Esq. has joined the firm as Director of Professional Development and Training.
