Obtained summary judgment in a civil rights lawsuit filed under Section 1983 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The plaintiff sued several police officers for wrongful arrest and malicious prosecution, claiming that his neighbor unfairly targeted him for harassment and conspired with the local police department to issue citations. The plaintiff and his neighbor were engaged in a long-running dispute concerning violations of the Township’s noise ordinance. The court held that the actions of the officers were reasonable under the circumstances and that they possessed probable cause to cite the plaintiff. Additionally, the court dismissed several of the complaints as time-barred.
