Attorneys represented our client in a claim for personal injuries which included a closed-head trauma and claims of extensive neurological and neuropsychological damages. Plaintiff, a 38-year-old tenant on the defendant's residential property allegedly tripped and fell down a concrete flight of stairs. Plaintiff was air-lifted to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment and claimed that, as a result of the fall he suffered from a seizure disorder, bed-wetting problem, and a complete loss-of-earning capacity to perform his work as an information systems specialist and video gaming entrepreneur. Defense counsel secured extensive investigative findings concerning plaintiff's social networking activities, surveillance footage, and prior child support records that contradicted plaintiff's claims. After numerous victories in discovery court compelling the production of extensive financial, state department of transportation, and employment records, plaintiff voluntarily dropped his claims.
