Attorneys obtained summary judgment on behalf of a nonprofit emergency telecommunications corporation, its communications director, and its dispatchers on all claims brought against them in a federal court case arising out of a triple homicide by a former dispatcher who, immediately after his termination, shot and killed his girlfriend, her new boyfriend, and his girlfriend's sister.  The boyfriend's estate filed this lawsuit, alleging federal constitutional claims and state wrongful death and survival claims. Earlier, the attorneys’ obtained a dismissal, on the basis of statute of limitations, of a companion case filed by the estate of the girlfriend's sister.
