Attorneys obtained a defense verdict in a products liability case involving an eight hundred pound steel cabinet. Plaintiff alleged that as he was unloading a palletized steel cabinet, it broke free from the pallet and fell on him and snapped his femur bone. Through eye witness testimony, expert testimony (including the use of engineering models), and video demonstrating the effectiveness of the packaging we were able to show that Plaintiff's inappropriate and ill-advised operation of a forklift caused the accident.
