Attorney prevailed on Preliminary Objections, resulting in the dismissal of Plaintiff's amended complaint against two real estate agents and the agency for which they work. Plaintiff alleged claims of tortious interference with prospective business advantage and civil conspiracy against defendants, arising out of Plaintiff's failed efforts to purchase certain property. Defendants were the listing agents for the property. Plaintiff inexplicably failed to submit a brief in opposition to our Preliminary Objections, and his counsel did not appear for argument. The Court deemed the Preliminary Objections to be unopposed under Local Rule.
