"Terry has an enviable combination of qualities – broad experience and depth of knowledge in appellate practice; an impeccable reputation; exquisite professionalism and stellar character. She and John Hare will make a great team, and her joining Marshall Dennehey will only serve to enhance the appellate representation we offer our clients."

According to Hare, "Terry is a tremendous appellate attorney who I and many others have admired for years and I very much look forward to working with her. We share a synergy that I believe will greatly benefit our appellate team and clients."

Prior to concentrating on appellate law, Ms. Sachs, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, focused her practice in the defense of medical and dental professional liability matters. She also has significant experience in the areas of product liability and premises liability defense, insurance coverage matters, and uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage disputes.
