Stephen R. Gross Joins Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in Fort Lauderdale

Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, has added Stephen R. Gross as Special Counsel in its Fort Lauderdale office. Gross, who is board certified in construction law by the Florida Bar, joins the firm’s Casualty Department, where he will defend insureds and businesses in construction, product, commercial, and property matters.
 
Gross brings years of experience defending civil cases in the state and federal courts of Florida to his new position. Active in the legal community, he is a graduate of the Leadership Academy with The Florida Bar and a member of the Broward County Bar Association.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Gross earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to college, he was enlisted in the United States Navy as a nuclear electrician and served aboard two fast attack submarines out of Pearl Harbor.

Gross is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®. He is admitted to practice in Florida and all federal courts in Florida, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
