Marshall Dennehey Relocates Pittsburgh Office to Union Trust Building

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has relocated its Pittsburgh office from the U.S. Steel Tower Building to the revitalized and renovated Union Trust Building, right down the street. Effective today, the new office address is Union Trust Building, 501 Grant Street, Suite 700, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. All telephone and fax numbers remain the same.

The Union Trust Building is a Flemish-Gothic architectural icon. Extensive restorations were completed in 2016 and the building provides a vibrant, modern work environment in the heart of Pittsburgh’s downtown. Overlooking Mellon Square, the building is surrounded by boutiques, eateries, residential properties, hotels and parks, and is directly adjacent to the Mellon Bank Center light rail public transit stop and numerous bus lines. Marshall Dennehey signed a long-term lease for the entire seventh floor of the building, totaling 46,000 square feet.

"We are thrilled to move our operations to the beautifully renovated and historic Union Trust Building," said Scott Dunlop, Pittsburgh Office Managing Attorney. "The new office maximizes space efficiencies and consolidates our 85 employees on one floor with the ability to accommodate future growth. We remain centrally located to the courts and transportation arteries and look forward to serving our clients from this renowned Pittsburgh architectural landmark."

Marshall Dennehey first opened the Pittsburgh office in 1993. Today, the office is the firm's third largest of 20, following its Philadelphia headquarters and Mount Laurel, New Jersey locations. The majority of the office's 40 attorneys are natives or long-time residents of the Pittsburgh area and practice defense litigation in the areas of professional liability, casualty, health care and workers' compensation.
