Marshall Dennehey Expands Health Care Practice in Ohio

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the expansion of its Ohio health care practice with the additions of Stacy Ragon Delgros, Shareholder, and Kenneth W. McCain, Associate, to the firm's Cleveland office. Both attorneys focus their practices on medical malpractice defense and health care liability.

For 15 years, Ms. Delgros has concentrated exclusively on the defense of health care professionals in a wide array of medical negligence matters. Board-certified in Trial Advocacy and Civil Procedure by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, she has tried dozens of cases to verdict in various counties across Ohio.  She also advises clients in pre-trial investigations and best practices in risk management.

Licensed to practice in both Ohio and Pennsylvania, Ms. Delgros has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer and is recognized in Best Lawyers in America® in the area of medical malpractice defense. A graduate of Malone University and the University of Dayton School of Law, she is a member of the Ohio State and Akron Bar Associations. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, she was a Partner with Roetzel & Andress in Cleveland.

An Ohio native, Kenneth McCain recently returned to Cleveland after practicing medical malpractice and insurance defense law in Arizona for nearly ten years. Among the notable cases he successfully handled in Arizona is Baker v. Univ. Physicians Healthcare, an Arizona Supreme Court case interpreting the state's medical malpractice expert witness qualification statute. A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, he is a member of the Ohio State and Arizona Bar Associations.
