John R. Ninosky Joins Marshall Dennehey's Harrisburg Office as a Shareholder in the Health Care Department

Experienced trial attorney John R. Ninosky has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin's Harrisburg office as a shareholder in the firm's Health Care Department. Highly experienced in medical malpractice, civil rights and general liability matters, Mr. Ninosky has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict in all of Pennsylvania's federal courts and in 11 county courts of common pleas. He is accomplished in methods of alternative dispute resolution and he regularly conducts arbitrations and mediations throughout Pennsylvania.  In addition to being licensed in all of Pennsylvania's federal courts, John is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. 

Active in the legal and civic communities for more than 20 years, John is a member of the Dauphin and Cumberland County Bar associations, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute and the St. Thomas More Society. He is a former Mayor of Paxtang Borough (Dauphin County) and past president of the Paxtang Borough Council. He has coached youth sports through the Wilhelm Paxtang Athletic Association and the St. Margaret Mary Athletic Association. 

Mr. Ninosky is an honors graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Dickinson School of Law. While at IUP, he was a three-time PSAC scholar athlete award winner. He remains active with the university and currently serves as president of the IUP Alumni Association Board of Directors.  He will be receiving the university's Distinguished Alumni Award for Service in April 2018.
