James H. Cole (Doylestown, PA) addressed the topic of "Property Insurance Fraud" as the guest speaker for an audio conference presented by Lorman Education Services. With the current financial crisis, property insurance fraud is gaining prominence, as insureds, contractors and body shops are faced with difficult financial decisions and sometimes resort to insurance fraud in an attempt to solve their problems. This live audio conference identifed common fraudulent scenarios faced by the insurance industry, how suspected fraudulent claims are identified and investigative strategies for successfully litigating and recovering money that was spent on fraudulent claims.
