Harold Moroknek Joins Marshall Dennehey in Westchester, NY

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that Harold L. Moroknek has joined the firm's Westchester County office as a shareholder in the Casualty Department.

Experienced in a wide array of complex casualty liability matters, Mr. Moroknek primarily focuses his practice in the area of transportation litigation, representing trucking, bus, paratransit and additional similar entities in complex and general coverage litigation. He manages the full spectrum of transportation claims arising from such matters including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and product liability claims.

Additionally, Mr. Moroknek is experienced in the area of Fraud/SIU, with an emphasis on medical provider fraud. In this realm, he has assisted carriers in high-value, high-profile cases involving the recovery of monies paid to fraudulent medical providers. He has also represented carriers across several states in insurance coverage disputes, SIU investigation, bad faith litigation and general defense litigation.

Mr. Moroknek is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the New York State Bar Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. He is a graduate of the State University of Binghamton and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
