David Wolf Elected President of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel

David S. Wolf, shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was elected President of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC) at the organization's recent meeting.  Mr. Wolf's one-year term as president began June 7.

An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Wolf is a member of Marshall Dennehey's Casualty Department, defending premises liability matters for commercial enterprises and individual clients. In addition, he has litigated assault cases, products liability, dog bites, indemnity claims, dram shop/liquor liability and automobile accident cases. He also serves as an arbitrator and judge pro tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and arbitrator for the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wolf has a long record of leadership with the PADC, having previously served as secretary, treasurer, vice president and president-elect. He also serves as co-chair of the Civil Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute; is a member of the State Civil Litigation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association; and is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Mr. Wolf is a graduate of Dickinson College and Villanova University School of Law.
