Bradley Blystone Recognized as Notable Managing Partner by Florida Trend's Legal Elite
Bradley P. Blystone, Shareholder and Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey's Orlando, Florida office, has been selected a Notable Managing Partner by Florida Trend Legal Elite. The award recognizes attorneys who have made a measurable and specific impact not only in their legal practice but also in their community.
Blystone joined the firm in 2005 as a shareholder and became supervising attorney for the Health Care Liability Practice Group in the firm's Florida offices in 2008. He was named Office Managing Attorney in 2017.
He has more than three decades of experience handling high-exposure medical malpractice cases in Florida. On top of managing the daily operations of the Orlando office, he actively practices in the areas of medical negligence, amusement, sports and entertainment liability, premises liability, automobile liability and professional negligence. He has tried numerous medical and casualty cases resulting in defense verdicts where multi-millions were at stake.
Blystone’s clients are among the most recognized organizations in Central Florida, including a multi-facility hospital chain in Orlando, a large multi-national human resources consulting firm, the largest ambulance service in Central Florida, a city in auto liability cases, and the largest medical center in Volusia County. He has also represented the state’s largest amusement and entertainment operator for 15 years on behalf of their theme parks, water parks and resorts.
Outside of the office, Blystone has volunteered for seven years on the Habitat For Humanity Seminole-Apopka build team. Previously, he sat on and chaired the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida, helping to raise millions of dollars for children with life threatening illnesses.
