  • Identifying whether a mortgagee has a covered loss in situations when the property is facing foreclosure and after foreclosure
  • Identifying which policy conditions are applicable to the mortgagee
  • Distinguishing red flags in claims presented by the mortgagee and be equipped with investigative tools in handling such claims
  • Identifying key documents and questions to ask about claims presented by the mortgagee
