DRI 2014 Trial Tactics - Strengthening Your Trial Skills: Powell v. SuperPulper, Inc.

Event Host:
DRI
Location:
Eden Roc Renaissance 4525 Collins Avenue, Miami, FL
Date/Time:
Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 2:00pm to Friday, March 14, 2014 - 4:45pm

Thomas P. Bracaglia will be one of the trial lawyers presenting this year at the DRI's 2014 Trial Tactics Seminar in their new mock trial format. From March 12-14 in Miami, FL, watch top-notch trial lawyers from around the country try a catastrophic personal injury case as they deliver opening statements, direct- and cross-examine fact witnesses, present and cross-examine liability and damages experts, and offer closing arguments for deliberation by an actual jury.

This mock trial will maximize educational opportunities for participants, and offer a chance not only to hear, but also to see how leading trial lawyers meet and overcome a variety of common challenges. Throughout the presentation, a retired judge, a panel of jurors and the audience will give real-time assessments of each attorney’s trial techniques. We invite you to come and learn, as well as network, with your peers from across the country.
