In "Aging Gracefully? The Senior Workforce and Impacts on Workers' Compensation," Frank joins a panel of industry professionals to address the challenges the aging workforce presents to the workers’ compensation industry from a medical, legal, and claims perspective, and will provide practical, cost-effective strategies for managing such claims.

Michele will participate in the panel presentation "Developing a Robust Return to Work Program." This presentation will provide practical tips and actionable information to expedite the return of injured employees to gainful employment, while avoiding litigation under the Workers' Compensation Act.
