Specific topics include identifying target areas of nursing home litigation and recognizing the nuances of their defense so as to better be able to risk manage and assist in potential litigation; understanding litigation procedure in order to actively and efficiently participate in the nursing home litigation process; and understanding the role of record keeping in litigation and the impact it has on case outcomes.
