Douglas Kent (Philadelphia, PA) participated in a panel discussion of the recent Philadelphia Façade Ordinance to the members of the Building Owners and Managers Association in Philadelphia.

Jack Slimm (Cherry Hill, NJ) spoke for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education at the 2010 Review of the New Jersey Environmental Law Seminar. Jack spoke on the issues of legal malpractice and ethics arising out of the handling of transactions in which environmental issues are involved. Other speakers included representatives from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and Senator Bob Smith.

Robert Fitzgerald (Cherry Hill, NJ) recently presented a course through the Insurance Society of Philadelphia on New Jersey Workers' Compensation Updates.

Eric Packel (Philadelphia, PA) recently spoke at a seminar on Mastering the New Data Breach, ID Theft & Privacy Laws at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Eric's portion of the seminar focused on federal developments, including the Red Flag Rules, HITECH and pending national data breach legislation.

Danielle Vugrinovich (Pittsburgh, PA) recently participated as a faculty member at a PBI continuing legal education seminar entitled A Primer on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act conducted in Pittsburgh.

Brigid Alford (Harrisburg, PA) recently spoke at the UM/UIM Seminar hosted by PBI in Mechanicsburg, PA. Brigid, along with other faculty, offered a practical and straightforward approach to understanding underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage in Pennsylvania.

Lary Zucker (Cherry Hill, NJ) was a guest speaker at the 24th Annual International Aquatic Safety School - a premier aquatic educational program in the country. He spoke on Managing Risk and a variety of other industry topics.
