gemberling, ScottScott Gemberling (Philadelphia) recently presented a seminar at United States Liability Insurance Group titled "Use of Expert Testimony In Liquor Liability Claims."

Matt Owens (Harrisburg) recently spoke at the Annual Auto Law Update in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Chuck Craven (Philadelphia) was a recent guest speaker at the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel's meeting.  Chuck spoke on The Roles of Appellate Counsel.

Steve Day (Newtown Square) was a guest speaker at the annual Risk Management/Legal Group Conference in Orlando, Florida.  The conference was attended by representatives from most major nursing home/assisted living companies.  Steve presented a seminar on recent tort reform initiatives in Pennsylvania and their affect on long-term care litigation.

Howard Mankoff (Roseland) recently spoke at a CNA Risk Management Seminar given to 100 dentists.  

Christine O'Connor (Wilmington) was elected to be a new member of the Board of Directors for Delaware Curative Workshop.  DCW is the oldest rehabilitation facility in Delaware and is a non-profit organization with six locations throughout the state.  There are 17 other Board members, most of whom work in various types of businesses in the area.

Diane Magram (Cherry Hill) recently spoke at the National Business Institute seminar "A Practical Refresher on Litigating the New Jersey Auto Injury Case." 

Michele Punturi (Philadelphia) presented the Case Law Update at the Annual PBA Workers Compensation Law Section 2003 Fall Meeting.

Mary Wagner (Philadelphia) recently participated in a panel discussion regarding HIPAA at the Fall Pennsylvania Self-Insured Association Meeting.

Gary Shendell and Andrew Marchese (Fort Lauderdale) participated in a mock trial of an employment law case in a seminar attended by broker and agents.

Jack Senechal (Cherry Hill) spoke before the South Jersey Claims Association at its monthly meeting.  He discussed the growing trend by courts in New Jersey to employ the Insurance Fraud Prevention Act against healthcare providers who seek reimbursement from insurance carriers but fail to follow applicable licensure and regulatory standards.

Tim Casey (Wilmington) recently participated in a seminar in Newark entitled Five Most Common Injuries In Workers' Compensation In Delaware.  Tim spoke regarding General Overview Of Medical Issues In Workers' Compensation, and Disability Ratings In Workers' Compensation.
