Receptionist - 2+ Yrs Experience - Jacksonville, FL

The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin seeks a full time Receptionist for the firm's Jacksonville, FL office.


  • Answers and utilizes office telephone system, takes messages and transfers incoming calls to appropriate attorneys and staff.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the office.
  • Performs various clerical duties, data entry, time entry and dictation, assigned through the Office Manager/Assistant Office Manager.
  • Manages central calendar – MRM.
  • Contacts attorney/secretary when visitors have arrived.
  • Performs related duties as requested.


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or its equivalency.
  • Appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to communicate by telephone and in person with visitors, attorneys and staff to provide information with courtesy, tact and professionalism.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to operate computer and telephone system to perform the duties of the position.
