Wendy is the managing attorney of the firm's King of Prussia office. She was the firm's first female shareholder and is a member of the Health Care Liability Practice Group, concentrating her practice on the defense of medical malpractice actions.
Wendy graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, in 1977. Following graduation, she worked as a legal assistant at Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll. In 1980, Wendy was hired by Robert J. Coleman, Esquire, and began working as a law clerk at Marshall Dennehey while attending law school at Villanova University School of Law. In 1981, she received her juris doctor. Wendy then clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, who was then a judge in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and who is now a Senior Judge in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
In 1982, following her clerkship, Wendy returned to Marshall Dennehey as a member of the asbestos litigation team. Thereafter, she worked in the firm's Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group. In 1986, she began working with Robert St. Leger Goggin on the preparation of his product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and general liability cases for trial. She has served on the Associate Review, Human Relations and 401(k) committees and, twice a year, participates in the Attorney Orientation Program with a presentation on the firm's history and culture.
From 1991 to 2004, Wendy worked part-time, assisting other attorneys in the preparation of their cases for trial. In 2004, she returned to work full-time for the firm and in 2006 became the managing attorney of the King of Prussia office.
