
Rick is a member of the Casualty Department. His practice focuses primarily on premises liability and auto negligence, among other areas. He graduated from Seton Hall Law School, where he was a member of the Executive Board of the Dispute Resolution Society and Editor in Chief of the school's newspaper publication. During Law School, Rick was employed as a Research Assistant focusing on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Rick was also employed as an intern for the City of Hoboken, as a judicial clerk in the Superior Court, Chancery Division, of Essex County, and as an intern for the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
Following law school, Rick served as a Judicial Clerk in the Superior Court, Civil Division, of Middlesex County, and rendered services for five different Judges. Upon completion of the one-year term, he has practiced law over the past three years in a wide variety of legal fields, including insurance defense, workers compensation and construction defects. Rick has also practiced in the Commercial Division of New York County.
Rick is a native of New Jersey and an alumnus of Rutgers Preparatory School, where he earned the Headmaster's Prize and is currently a Class Agent. Rick graduated from New York University, cum laude, with a Bachelors in History.
