
Nicholas joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2009 and is a member of the firm's Health Care Department. He also had the opportunity to serve as a summer associate for the firm during the summer of 2007.
Nicholas graduated from Rowan University in 2003 with a degree in political science and a minor in business. Thereafter, he attended Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a juris doctor in 2008. Nicholas is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
Subsequent to completing his studies, Nicholas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Polifroni, P.J.S.C. in the Civil Division of the Bergen County Superior Court from 2008 to 2009.
