Monica is an associate in the firm's Health Care Liability Practice Group where she primarily concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice defense. She joined Marshall Dennehey in 2009 and is licensed to practice in the state of Delaware, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Monica earned her juris doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2007. She was an associate editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, participated in Temple's Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and studied abroad in Rome, Italy.

Monica is also a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a Bachelors degree in biology and nursing. Prior to July 2009, Monica was a registered nurse in the labor and delivery department at Christiana Care Health Services. She maintains an active nursing license in the state of Delaware.

Prior to joining the firm, Monica served two terms as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Arlene Minus Coppadge and the Hon. Robert B. Coonin in the Family Court for the state of Delaware.
