
Michael joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2011 and primarily practices in the firm’s Health Care Department. He began his legal career by serving as the law clerk to the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. in the Civil Division of the New Jersey State Superior Court. During his clerkship, Michael gained extensive experience in the area of general civil litigation, concentrating on medical malpractice, environmental and insurance contract law. He is also a certified mediator and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
A 2007 graduate of the University of South Carolina, Michael earned his juris doctor from Albany Law School in 2010, with honors. While in law school, he served as a Constitutional Law Teaching Fellow and as a summer associate at the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C. In addition, Michael worked at Albany Law School’s Civil Rights and Disabilities Law Clinic where he dealt with a myriad of health care law issues.
Michael is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and New York.
