
Melissa is an associate in the Health Care Liability Practice Group where she focuses her practice on the defense of medical professional liability matters and health care providers in prisoner civil rights claims.
Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in political science from King's College, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2006 and received the John P. Moses Award for Public Law. While at King's College, Melissa served as a peer tutor in economics. She went on to receive her juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey in August 2011, Melissa served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Louis J. Farina in the Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster County for two years.
