
Melissa is an associate in the Casualty Department, concentrating her practice in product liability. She also defends claims made and suits brought against various insureds in the toxic tort practice group. Melissa joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in February of 2005.
Melissa graduated from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science. While attending Saint Vincent, Melissa founded and served as captain of the Saint Vincent College Mock Trial Team. In 2003, she earned her juris doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. Melissa was a member of the Trial Moot Court Honor Society. She also competed on the law school's Trial Moot Court team in 2002, when her team placed in the finals at the regional tournament at Temple University, and in 2003, when her team placed in the semi-finals at the regional tournament.
