Lara has focused much of her practice on civil litigation and has worked on matters involving multi-party disputes as well as complex commercial construction issues. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Lara worked at a boutique firm in Conshohocken, PA  practicing mainly in the Philadelphia Region.    

In 2009, Lara earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.  In 2013, Lara obtained her juris doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.  Lara was also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2013.
