Kristy began her career with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2002 and is a member of the Workers' Compensation Department. She was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Kristy is a 1999 graduate of Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She attended this institution on an athletic scholarship. During her tenure at Monmouth, Kristy was a member of the women's lacrosse team, achieving such honors as Athletic and Academic All-American, Northeast Conference Scholar Athlete and Athlete of the Year and Monmouth's Women Athlete of the Year during her senior year. She was also selected to play in the North/South Senior All-Star game.

Following graduation from Monmouth University, Kristy attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where she achieved her juris doctor in 2002. While at Widener, she served as a member of the board of editors of the Widener Law Review and as a LexisNexis associate. As a finalist in Widener's negotiation competition, she obtained membership to Widener's ADR Society.

During law school, Kristy interned for the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office and served as a mediator for the Philadelphia Municipal Court, where she mediated landlord/tenant disputes and private criminal complaints.

Kristy is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
