Judith provides legal counsel in the areas of premises liability, automobile liability, and products liability. She has defended claims on behalf of companies and individuals in slip/trip and fall cases, commercial and passenger motor vehicle cases, and manufacturing design and defect cases.

Judith has tried numerous Common Pleas arbitration cases in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties and has handled over 20 binding arbitration cases. As a certified arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Judith has served as both chairman and panelist for numerous Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas arbitration cases.

After graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Judith spent one and a half years as a law clerk for the Honorable Rosemarie R. Williams in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County. 

Significant Representative Matters

  • Summary judgment in premises liability case. Represented a fitness center/gym in case involving an injury to a player during a roller hockey game. Plaintiff alleged that there was a defect in the flooring which caused the plaintiff to fall. Plaintiff alleged a fractured ankle with pins and screws and a six month wage loss.
