
Joseph is a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group and focuses his practice on Pennsylvania workers' compensation law. He has more than 30 years of experience representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters, and has handled several thousand cases in his career to date.
Following graduation from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Joseph served as trial counsel to Lackawanna Casualty Company, concentrating his practice in workers' compensation litigation defense throughout northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
Joseph devotes much of his spare time to helping the Boy Scouts of America. He is also involved in Little League Baseball.
