
Howard, a shareholder in the firm's Health Care Liability Practice Group, defends individuals and businesses in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. He handles medical and dental malpractice, premises liability, automobile liability and construction litigation cases. Howard also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.
In addition to earning his juris doctor from the Dickinson School of Law, where he was a senior editor on Law Review, Howard also possesses his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Howard spent two years working at a civil defense litigation firm where he handled cases in the areas of premises liability, construction defect and product liability.
Significant Representative Matters
Defense verdict in a premises liability case. Plaintiff alleged multiple injuries as a result of a slip and fall at defendant's gym. The court found that plaintiff's own negligence barred her recovery.
