
Esther Erkan is a member of the Professional Liability Department where she concentrates her practice on the defense of claims made and suits brought against design and construction professionals, as well as all types of construction defect litigation.
Esther is also experienced in general commercial litigation as well as personal injury and property damage matters.
In 2002, Esther graduated, with high honors, from the University of North Florida, in Jacksonville, Florida. She then went on to earn her juris doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, Florida in 2006. While attending law school, Esther served as the research and writing editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review. In 2006, Esther served as an intern at the Office of General Counsel for the City of Jacksonville.
