Elizabeth joined Marshall Dennehey in 2001, focusing her practice on general liability, automobile liability, automobile no fault, and workers' compensation as a member of the Casualty Department. She has handled over 500 auto liability and no-fault cases. Her extensive experience has positioned her to represent the state transportation agency for over 10 years along with a local power company, local government agencies, and moving services organizations.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1990. She attended Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of law review and graduated magna cum laude in 1993.

After law school, Elizabeth served as a deputy attorney general in the Department of Justice of the State of Delaware. There she prosecuted civil child support actions and administrative professional license violations. She also represented state agencies and governmental officials in civil matters before the federal and state courts of Delaware. She also advised state administrative bodies, including the Delaware Industrial Accident Board and the Environmental Appeals Board. In 1997 Elizabeth began private sector practice focusing on the defense of workers' compensation claims. 

Elizabeth also gives back to the community as a leader of the Pioneer Club's youth group and also volunteers with WEC International.
