Justin is an associate in the firm's Health Care Liability Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the defense of professional malpractice claims, handling both trial and appellate matters for physicians, hospitals and professional liability insurance carriers. He also defends numerous liquor licensees and other facilities, including shopping malls, restaurants and personal care homes, in personal injury actions.
 
Justin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
 
Justin received his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and received his juris doctor from Duquesne University in 2007. During his second year of law school, he was a semi-finalist in the National Trial Advocacy Competition held in Philadelphia.
 
Justin serves as the president of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Young Professionals Board, and is active in the society’s fundraising, research and blood cancer awareness efforts.
