Ashley is a member of the Casualty Department where she handles matters involving premises liability, automobile liability, both first-party and third-party.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ashley was a criminal prosecutor for Delaware Department of Justice handling a wide range of offenses. During her time there, she gained a significant amount of courtroom experience including successfully trying cases by jury, trying cases by judge, and arguing motions.

Ashley graduated from Wilmington University in 2011 and received her bachelors degree, cum laude, in Legal Studies.  She received her juris doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2016.  During her time at Widener, Ashley was elected to leadership roles in multiple honor societies including the Moot Court Honor Society and the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  Additionally, she worked as a law clerk at the Delaware Department of Justice.

Ashley is admitted to practice in Delaware.
