
As a member of the Casualty Department, Alicia concentrates her practice in the areas of condo/community association law, premises liability, maritime, restaurant /bar liability, retail, medical malpractice and automobile Liability. Alicia has also defended municipalities against personal injury actions arising in negligence and constitutional tort.
Alicia graduated with honors from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Thereafter, she attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where she obtained her juris doctor, graduating cum laude in 2004. Alicia was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 2005.
After graduation from law school, Alicia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alexander Waugh, Jr., J.S.C. in the Civil Part of the Middlesex County Superior Court from 2004 to 2005.
