Employment Law Practice Group

The Employment Law Practice Group of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin concentrates in the representation of defendants in all areas of employment related litigation.  We handle the full range of federal employment matters, including age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, sex, race, national origin and religion related discrimination claims under Title VII, disability related claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 1983 civil rights claims, common law wrongful discharge claims, employment related defamation claims, etc.  In addition, we handle employment related claims brought under the pertinent state statutes and local ordinances in the jurisdictions in which we practice.

A significant strength of our firm is the regional representation we can provide insurers and self-insureds. We have seventeen offices and can handle employment litigation in the courts and administrative agencies throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio and Florida.  The attorneys in the Employment Law Practice Group have the requisite local knowledge and experience to provide skilled and effective representation to our clients who face employment related litigation in any of those jurisdictions.
