Christopher Santoro (Philadelphia, PA) was appointed to serve a three-year term as a Hearing Committee Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Steve Ryan (King of Prussia, PA) recently spoke at AmerisourceBergen Corporation's National Health Care Exposition in Las Vegas. The NHCE is a trade show and continuing education program attended by over 7,500 independent pharmacy proprietors, as well as all major branded and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers. Steve presented several two-hour continuing education credit courses on pharmacy malpractice - claims trends, risk management tips, and what to expect if sued.

Tom Bond (Philadelphia, PA) was recently named Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Tom was also recently appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Captive Insurance Association.

Our firm was once again selected by A.M. Best Company to prepare updates for the 2007 edition of Digest of Insurance Laws for the State of Pennsylvania as published in Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters. This project was headed by shareholders Frank Wickersham (King of Prussia, PA) and John Hare (Philadelphia, PA) with research and writing assistance provided by law clerks Lee C. Durivage, Nicole Camiso, Corrine E. Amato.
