On The Pulse … PROFILE OF THE AKRON, OHIO OFFICE

Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin recently announced the opening of its newest office in Akron, Ohio. This office is located in the historic Quaker Square complex. With easy convenience to two major airports, hotels and restaurants, the Akron office is strategically located to represent the interests of its clients throughout the state of Ohio.

Akron is located in Northeastern Ohio. Not too far from Cleveland, Akron is within easy distance of all the major courts, both federal and state, in Northeastern Ohio. Further, Akron is within easy driving distance of all of the major cities in Ohio and their respective courts.

The Akron office offers a good location to provide cost effective and accessible service to both insurance companies and their insureds.

The Akron office officially opened in February, 2003. Since then, the office has experienced growth consistent with its location. Handling cases throughout the state of Ohio, the Akron attorneys defend a variety of claims involving product liability matters, employment related intentional torts, coverage issues, casualty, professional liability, immunity issues, and other such claims. Working closely with claims professionals, the Akron attorneys have defended numerous cases in both the trial and appellate courts of Ohio in all of its major cities and jurisdictions.

Sam Casolari and Chris Reece work together in litigating and defending claims assigned by Marshall, Dennehey's clients. Both Sam and Chris have extensive and practical trial and appellate experience and have been involved in all phases of litigation from initial evaluation through trial, and appeal if necessary.

Recently, Chris Reece joined the Akron office and brought with him considerable experience in handling local and state governmental issues, employment matters, sovereign immunity, and public officials litigation. Chris most recently served as an Assistant Director of Law for the City of Akron, Ohio. He is a lifelong resident of Akron and has been actively involved in the local community.

In addition, two very experienced persons have joined our team as secretaries. Both Jill Gardner and Robbyn Moore bring a wealth of experience in assisting in the defense of our clients.

The Akron office is ready and able to defend the interests of clients and insureds throughout the State of Ohio.
