Laurianne Falcone (Philadelphia) will be a panel member in the upcoming Pennsylvania Bar Institute's program on "Handling the Slip, Trip, and Fall Case." During the program she and other experienced defense and plaintiff counsel along with expert witnesses will lead the discussion through the law, mechanics and practicalities of handling a slip, trip and fall case.
