Thomas works out of the firm's Scranton, PA office where he concentrates his practice on insurance coverage issues, defense of bad faith claims, post-trial matters and appeals. Over the course of his legal career, Thomas has worked on major criminal and civil cases, and gained extensive experience in pre-trial, post-trial and appellate issues.
In 1993 Thomas graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Scranton. He then went on to attend Villanova University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1996. Upon admission to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996, Thomas joined the firm of Moses & Gelso, L.L.P., Wilkes-Barre, PA. In 2003, he joined the Falvello Law Firm, Hazelton, PA, and subsequently joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2004.
