Bob focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, catastrophic personal injury, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage. He practices primarily in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He has served as national coordinator for certain American and European manufacturers of construction equipment and machinery regarding litigation pending throughout the United States. He has been lead trial counsel in various jurisdictions, including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, and South Carolina.
Bob has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2006 in the area of Personal Injury Defense.
Bob graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1962. He achieved his J.D. From Villanova University in 1965. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and American Bar Associations. Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2004, Bob was a founding member of Kelly, McLaughlin, Foster, Bracaglia, Daly, Trabucco & White, LLP.
